p>Resin Bonded Sand Moulds</p>

p>Description:</p>

p>You mix a resin and a catalyst with DRY sand, forms a mixture similar to petrobond. You use this to ram up one side of your mold. After a period of time it sets up to a porous sand stone consistency [A lot like insulating fire brick]. You then turn the mold and repeat the process. </p>

       <li><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><font size="3">Vents and sprues can be molded separately and added to your mold separately. This way you can have tall sprues and vents without using a lot of sand.</font></span></li>

       <li><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><font size="3">Working time of resin is a little short after mixing.</font></span></li>
       <li><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><font size="3">Mixing is a pain {No worse than mulling}</font></span></li>
